Benchmarking Sow herds

The Benchmarking Module is capable of analyzing an unlimited number of herds.  The analysis can selected on a sub population such as purebred or 1st parity sows.  The Benchmarking Module also has a feature that allows you to put an index value on different traits and allows comparisons on the economic performance of a herd.   

Benchmarking Finishing groups.

The Benchmarking Module will also compare different finishing groups.

Consolidation.

In addition to benchmarking herds, the module is also capable of consolidating a number of sow herds to determine the overall production results of a production system.

Inventory:

In the inventory section, an internal depreciation formula can be entered for the sow herd.  This formula is entered by parity at the end of each month.  The inventory report will then produce an overview of all sow herds and finishing units.  This summary will provide an inventory and value of sows, boars, and slaughter pigs with an estimated average weight and total value in each finishing unit.
